CTO at EngineEars. Five years at Google before that, shipping ML camera features for conference room hardware.
EngineEars is where recording studios, engineers, and artists run their businesses: booking, projects, distribution, publishing admin. I built the company's engineering team, grew it to 10 engineers, and closed the integrations with Universal Music Group and EMPIRE.
I led the AI features on Google Meet's room hardware. The main thing I shipped was AutoZoom, a model that tracks whoever's in the room and frames the camera around them, running entirely on the device.
I also built the inference infrastructure underneath it: the pipelines that keep a real-time frame budget on modest, fixed hardware in environments you can’t control.
